Brush Care 101: How to Clean Your Makeup Brushes
Cleaning your makeup brushes is a rather simple task and hopefully these few tips can help you do the job like a professional. There are lots of ways you can clean your makeup brushes. For most makeup artists, the easiest way is to take some baby shampoo and gently clean them in a bowl until all the dirt and makeup is removed. Once your brushes are clean you need to rinse them thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to gently re-shape them if they have become distorted or too bushy for your liking. Then just simply place them on the edge of the sink or on a lint free cloth until they’re dry.
